i was just curious if there there are any foods, vitamins, supplements, minerals that actually dont grow or restore hair (because that cant happen) but are essential in the growth and building of hair that maybe i could buy from a health foods store or take? thank you once again.
If you are healthy and have a normal diet, your dietary intake of vitamins and minerals is more than enough. A doctor will regularly recommend supplements for pregnant women or the elderly. There are no particular vitamins that I expect will grow hair if these vitamins are not deficient in your diet.
