Hi Dr, I have been on Propecia and Rogaine for about 12 yrs (41 now) and have had very good results when compared to my brothers who did nothing and lost quite a bit. However this last 18 months I have experienced a general shedding and the top of my head and hairline have been hit especially hard.
I have spent a lot of time in Central America for work and am wondering if some change in my environment may have caused it. Do you have a lab or contact in SoCal that you recommend where I could have a hair shaft analysis to see if there is anything other than plain old MPB going on?
