I have transplanted men with known heart disease, diabetes, women with active cancer, men and women with sexual identity problems and even people with a variety of mental illnesses. Each person is first a human being and I swore an oath to help people in need. That applies as much to cosmetic surgery as to people who are sick and in need of help.
