In order to perform SMP between existing hair ( in order to create an illusion of fulness by lowering the contrast ) is it necessary to shave the area ?
It is not necessary to shave the area, but it is distinctly more difficult and time consuming to do Scalp MicroPigmentation (SMP) with the hair long.
