I have thinning at the crown and can cover up with a concealer quite nicely. I was wondering how effective would a permanent concealer like SMP compare to say Toppik? It seems SMP would be much less of a hassle but would it look comparable?
Scalp Micropigment is a permanent concealer similar to the temporary concealer like Toppik or Dermmatch. SMP goes on the scalp but Toppik and Dermmatch also goes on both the scalp and on the hair. Toppik and Dermmatch will make you hair “feel” thicker. SMP will not. But the overall coverage and cosmetic value will be about the same.
