This is a young man getting early growth from finasteride on the hairline. Persistence will guarantee the results. The picture on the right shows early miniaturization while the picture on the left is highly suggestive of early reversal of the miniaturization

Congrats! This is an awesome response. Nothing like persistence and follow-through. The value of microneedling is, I believe, the key to your success, but it is clearly only part of the solution.
