While this finding is exciting, I wonder how exactly this would be a cure for MPB. I would think that even if the hair follicles are regenerated, the genetic programming for MPB would start again due to those hair follicles that are sensitive to DHT.
I assume that the hair follicles that are not prone to MPB would need to be replicated so that DHT would have no effect with triggering hair loss.
