Combining SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) Stippling Pattern with Microblading
Coffee Tossed In My Face — Are My Eyelashes Safe?
Last night my father tossed coffee in my face. The coffee was not that hot and did not leave a burn. Could it cause my eyelashes to fall out?
I would doubt it.

Combining FUE and SMP
Many times the transplant does not provide enough hair to cover an extensive balding pattern because the donor supply density is too low for the high demand of the balding pattern. When that happens, the surgeon who is skillful with both hair transplants and SMP will know how to use the transplants to form a good foundation so that the SMP will make the hair look much fuller.
Here is an example: The picture on the right has the exact same amount of hair as the picture on the left except that SMP was added to fill in the thinning hair.
Combined Radiofrequency and Microneedling Seems to Bring Back Hair Better
This is an interesting article. What seems to be missing is more on the Radiofrequency hardware that they are discussing, and the full article is not available from this link.

Comparing FUE and FUT from Reddit
I generally agree with this analysis; however, I believe that for men with an advanced balding pattern and a finer hair and particularly those with a lower than average donor density (which includes a lot of Asian men), the FUT is a superior procedure because it avoids the moth eaten appearance which is inevitable with FUE.

Comment by Reader on Risks of a Hair Transplant from Dermatologist
I was advised by a dermatologist NOT to have a hair transplant because of the reasons mentioned above: shock loss and possible acceleration of hair loss.
If the reader is over 26 and is willing to take the drug finasteride, the risk of acceleration of the hair loss and shock loss are mitigated.

Collection of victim photos from the internet of Over-harvested and depleted donor areas
I have collected a series of photos from the internet of victims from overly aggressive surgeons who don’t understand the limits of performing FUE and have depleted the donor area on this patients (https://newhair.com/resources/#tab-id-4). These men may have addressed their balding on the front, top and crown of their head, but they traded it off for balding in the back of their head. Balding in the back of the head can only come from an overly aggressive surgery so anyone that looks at them knows that they had a hair transplant because balding in the back of the head is not anything found in nature. It is man-made.
Combining finasteride and dutasteride
I’m about soon to reach two years of Finasteride (1.25 mg per day) usage. My hair loss has continued and I now have a diffused crown, which I did not have when I started the treatment.
I’m gonna reach out to my doctor and ask for a prescription of Dutasteride.
It would be great if someone with more experience than me could introduce me on how to add Dutasteride to my daily intake of Finasteride. Should I give up on Finasteride completely once I start taking Dutasteride? I was reading somewhere that a good start is to take Dutasteride once per week and then take Finasteride the rest of the week.Let’s keep the discussion to just Finasteride and Dutasteride. I have used the 3-big, a lot of supplements, oils, thyroid function test, PRP etc etc. Nothing has really worked for me to stop the hair loss.
If you are going to take dustasteride, then there is no need for finasteride. Dutasteride does the same job as finasteride for hair loss. By doubling down, you are increasing the risks of all sorts of side effects
