Many men do not have the genes for chest hair or if they do, these genes do not express themselves until these men turn 30-40 years old. Minoxidil (Rogaine) applied twice a day may bring on chest hair, but be careful that if you go this route that you do not get dizzy from low blood pressure, a side effect of high doses of Rogaine.
