I have only really lost majority of my hair at the crown, some came back due to dermarolling. I’m not on fin or min ( body to sensitive also plan on having kids in the next 4-5 years). It it possible that if I improve my heart health, I can get some more hair back on my crown? Heart Health is proven to effect crown.
The finding that people with pure crown balding get heart disease is an observation in a number of publications. Putting hair in the crown doesn’t impact your heart or change the statistics, sorry!

Unfortunately, the answer here is no. Reversing 4,400 grafts would be an enormous challenge, and it would take far longer to try to reverse it than having it done in the first place. You’ve said that daily shampooing of hair won’t cause hair loss unless we wash too rigorously. Disregard the physical aspects of washing. Can the chemicals in shampoo be affecting our hair follicles? I know that hair is “dead” when it grows out of the skin, but I’m concerned our hair follicles are shallow enough that the shampoo may be affecting them. Although if this were the case, perhaps a lot more women would have the same type of hair loss as men.
Sorry, but you’re completely off base with this. Shampoo itself has nothing to do with hair loss… absolutely nothing if it is a good commercial shampoo.

I noticed hair loss from the age of 17 and am now 23. About 2 years back I started using Minoxidil 2% for 6 months and started Minoxidil 5% for another 6 months. I can only see my hair getting thinner and thinner with time. I thought propecia is supposed to arrest hair loss. Do I still continue on propecia?
First, as I have said again and again, you need a good diagnosis with your hair mapped out for miniaturization. If you have genetic hair loss and stop the finasteride, you will almost certainly see the hair loss become worse. Just because you are not seeing benefits, it does not mean that you are not getting benefits. Put some science and medical diagnostic force in what is happening to you.
