Nice early reversal. I doubt that, other than the forelock, the rest of the frontal hairline may not grow in. The forelock is genetically coded differently than the rest of the hairline.

Some early suggestion it may be working but much of what I see is longer hair

The pictures say it all. Just stick to it and it seems that the news is good for your future gains in hair. With more time, better hair growth can be expected and better lighting would help if you want to show others the benefits.

The crown of the scalp is often more finasteride responsive than the frontal area of the scalp. In this man in 3 months he has clear growth beginning. If he added minoxidil it might get better faster
