Hair Loss InformationHair Transplant Results of Man with 2415 Grafts (with Photos) – Hair Loss Information – Balding Blog

This is a college professor who saw a new man in the mirror with this single hair transplant procedure of 2415 grafts. He has fine hair, which often takes more than one session for a completely full look. He told me that no one ever noticed the transition in his appearance, because the change was so slow.

Approximately 2/3rds of the transplants were placed in the first 6 inches of the hairline, which was moved forward, and some grafts were placed in the frontal part of the crown area.

  1. Can you upload a photo with his hair combed to the other side for a comaprison. I think he’d look amazing with 1 more session, same number of grafts… (not that it doesnt already look amazing :))

  2. Wow, this looks great. I’m planning to do the same thing, but I think I’m to young for that. (35) Or what do you think? Thanks for the post.

  3. wow, outstanding result! but I heard regardless how successful the hair transplant surgery goes, some people can have unpleasant side effects such as huge scar or numbness of the scalp.

  4. The focus on scars is overblown. Scars become more of a problem as the number of surgeries increase. Scars can be managed and kept either minimal repaired and revised or camouflaged. I am not minimizing the scar, but in most people it is not really a problem. My hair transplant scar from 2 surgeries, is barely detectable.

  5. Lol, those pictures say more than thousand words. I think I will need hair transplant as well, but I think I dont have enough money for that. :/

  6. Thanks for this , I’m really frustrated with my hair loss , now i got an idea to do the same transplant, Is it have any side-effect?
