This is not an uncommon finding in females. Minoxidil may work but when my wife went on it, she developed facial hair and then immediately stopped it and went the surgery route, Many women will lose these corners and develop a more male like hairline once the hair in these areas disappears. You have also lost your temple peaks which makes the female hairline a female hairline (concave in shape). We transplant these all of the time and the results have been very satisfactory. My daughter-in-law and my wife had it done and are very happy with the results.
